Teva SLA Logistics Center

A logistics center located in the Hevel Modi’in Industrial Zone near Shoham, one of the largest pharmaceutical logistics centers in the world for storing and transporting medicines and medical equipment. The Center spreads over 77,000 sqm of land, of which 50,000 sqm is built-up area; its length (end-to-end) is 400 meters.

The industrial complex for rent features 4,200 tons of shelves, over 70-kilometer-long fire extinguishers and 42-meter-tall automated warehouses, equal to a 12-story building. The Center serves Teva Israel [which markets Teva products in the Israeli market], Teva’s Operations and Chemistry Divisions, the Copaxone Division, the International Shipping Unit, and provides services to other pharmaceutical companies. The Center uses a unique cutting-edge technology based on automated collection and storage systems that guarantees excellent quality of service, delivery accuracy and fast response time. Building design prioritized the use of sustainable green materials. Building facades are made of prefabricated elements of bare, light concrete. The office building features numerous façade openings to enable maximum reflection of natural light.
