He previous owned a private construction company, that specialized in building residential apartments and commercial projects. Mr. Komemi has a track record spanning over 38 years in the construction sector.
Omri Elgrisi
VP of Execution
Mr. Elgrisi serves as the Company’s VP of Execution since May 2026. Between 2021 and 2026 he managed the Tenants Changes Department. Between 2015 and 2022 he served as a Project Manager at Rom Geves Ltd. Mr. Elgrisi holds a degree as a Construction Engineer and is a Certified Foreman.
Eden Raz
Team Leader
Mr. Raz has been working at the Company since October 2024. Between 2022 and 2024 he serves as an Execution Engineer at Vitania Ltd., that specialized in income-producing real estate. He previous works as a Project Manager at Rom Geves Ltd. Mr. Raz holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Ariel University and is a Licensed Civil Engineer, as well as Certified Practical Construction Engineering degree from The College of Management.

Mr. Kashi has been working at the Company since February 2025. Between 2022 and 2025 he served as a Projects Manager at Meptagon Group. He previous served as Projects Manager at Fixman and Tidhar construction companies, that specialize in finishing works and commercial projects. Mr. Kashi holds a Certified Construction and Engineering Construction Foreman Diploma from the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Employment.
Shimon Ben Yair
Manager of Tenants Modifications Department
Mr. Ben Yair has been working at the Company since December 2024. Between 2020 and 2024, he served as Projects Manager at Kafrit Ltd., that specializes in building schools.
