Amot Investments won a prestigious 3.2 dunam plot of land in the heart of the 1000 complex – one of the largest and most advanced future business areas in Israel, located in the west of Rishon Lezion, near the Ayalon routes, the Moshe Dayan train station and significant public transportation routes.
Lamas Investments has rights to erect an advanced office and commercial building with a total area of approximately 19,000 square meters, with a height of approximately 14 floors. The building will combine offices for rent alongside commercial spaces, and will be designed in accordance with current standards of green construction, maximum accessibility and smart urban planning, as part of the vision of the entire complex.
The 1000 complex is spread over an area of over 1,000 dunams and is planned to include approximately 1.75 million square meters of employment, commercial and hotel space, alongside thousands of housing units, public buildings, educational institutions and green parks. This is an area that will house tens of thousands of workers and residents, with advanced transportation infrastructure that includes planned light rail lines, bicycle paths, wide sidewalks and a modern public transportation network.
The Amot project is currently in advanced planning and permitting stages, and it is expected to be a significant part of the development of the area and to offer a high-quality, comfortable and accessible work environment – in the heart of the next business center of the Gush Dan metropolis.
