In 1998, the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998 was enacted, by virtue of which various regulations were enacted aimed at improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and enabling their integration into society with dignity, equality, comfort and maximum independence. Amot Investments Ltd. sees great importance in providing equal service to all Company’s customers, and therefore promotes accessibility in all Company’s properties country wide, in collaboration with Access Israel.
 Amot Investments acts to make all assets accessible, while complying with the provisions of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law and the regulations promulgated thereunder, in order to enable comfortable, equal access to all people, through an orderly process in the coming years. We strive to provide the best professional service to all our customers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

To this end, we are working to make adjustments that will enable disabled customers to access both direct and digital channels, aiming to help them improve their quality of life and enable their integration into society with dignity, equality and independence. These adjustments are performed subject to, and in accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the regulations promulgated thereunder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Access Arrangements for Properties Owned by Amot Investments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Amot created a multi-year work plan aimed at making Company’s assets more accessible. As part of the plan, prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the regulations promulgated thereunder, all Amot’s properties spread throughout Israel are made accessible. Physical accessibility is executed with the assistance of professional accessibility consultants on behalf of Access Israel. When each property is made accessible, Access Israel grants it the “Access Israel Badge”, indicating the compliance with the requirements of laws and regulations, in force at the time of approval and granting of the badge<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, all Company parking lots offer reserved parking spaces for people with disabilities who need to park next to the buildingsentrances. Some of Company’s properties are fully accessed and listed in the accessibility table available in Amots properties; some are still in process, as detailed in Amot Group`s work plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making the Service Available to Amot’s Customers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As Amot Investments Group`s Management sees great importance in making its assets and services accessible to all its customers, Company managers and employees undergo general accessibility and specific service accessibility training, in which employees acquire tools and gain practical experience in providing accessible service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The goal is to create awareness among employees and managers of the concept of accessibility, and provide them with practical tools that enable them to deliver accessible service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In Company’s Headquarters and within all its assets, telephone routers were made accessible for the benefit of customers with disabilities; Calls are conducted with no background music, at a slow pace and in clear language. In addition, as aforesaid, Company employees and managers participate in trainings in order to provide accessible service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
